Dr. Rachna D. Jain is a dynamic coach, author, speaker, and psychologist who helps her clients live happier and more successful lives, with less effort. She is well placed in both the coaching and psychology communities and is highly regarded as a caring and skilled professional.

Her practice helps both men and women recognize and overcome self doubt and fear so that they can create the life and work they truly desire. She specializes in helping clients identify and overcome limitations in their thinking, and truly enjoys the elegance of finding simple solutions to long-standing concerns. Most often, these involve just a small shift in perspective and a corresponding shift in behavior but these "small shifts" lead to BIG results. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Dr. Jain worked as a psychologist for several years, and has specialized training in both neuropsychology and couples therapy. She holds a Psy.D. (Doctor of Psychology) degree from the University of Denver, and is licensed as a psychologist in the State of Maryland.
